The development team consisting of ROK Acquisitions, Tate Capital and TR Danburg Management commissioned Modern Building Group to provide Construction Management and Owner's Representative services for Allure Boca Raton, a commercial mixed use and multi-family residential development currently under construction. Designed by Miami based Behar Font Partners, the project, which was completed on time and under budget in the Fall of 2017, sits at the intersection of Congress Avenue and Clint Moore Road in Boca Raton, Florida. Encompassing 424,502 SF, the development features five (5) residential buildings with 282 luxury market rate apartments and a 9,000 SF clubhouse.
