Modern Building Group is a South Florida based Real Estate Development and Construction Management firm that provides Owner's Representative, Development Program Management, Project Management, Construction Management, and Preconstruction Management services for a myriad of project types in both the private and public sectors.
 

Our firm commonly works with both local and out-of-state Developers, either in support of their in-house development and construction team, or as a stand alone third party consultant. Our comprehensive services include turnkey Development and Construction Management from initial planning, due diligence feasibility, entitlements and approvals through design, permitting, preconstruction, construction, closeout and commissioning. We also often assist with preparing opinions of cost during the due diligence period.

 

Having worked on over $4.0 billion of South Florida development, ranging in size and complexity and spanning every market segment, we use our technical expertise, past experiences and local relationships to help developers manage risk while also building safely, efficiently, cost effectively and to the highest degree of quality.
 

Our built and managed Projects range in size and complexity, and include commercial mixed use, hotel, hospitality, multi-family residential, office, tenant improvements, retail, light industrial, institutional, education, life science, and government facilities, among others, As a licensed Florida Contractor CGC1524902, we have the capability to provide General Contractor services and evaluate those on a case by case basis.
